What recommendations would you give to the leaders and people of Jamestown that would make their lives better and help the colony succeed. Please respond to the location of the fort, the quest for gold, their ability to get food (hunting and gathering/growing), relations and trade with the Native Americans (don't forget Pocahontas and Chief Powhatan), and their fear of attack by Spain (don't forget spies).

jamesown has alot of hisory behind it. smith was a great role model to the jamestown colonist.when i was playingthe game i got prooted to governor. their weren't many question though.i have learned much more about jamestown.i is a very interesting place.

When I did the jamestown adventure I got promoted govener.I landed at bay island.I traded with the indians and planted corn and tabacco.I also fished and hunted.That is what helped me survive.

I think it was very hard to survive back in the time of Jamestown. Everything they did helped them, and it was alot of luck involved. The indians saved them when they were trading and help from england came just at the right time. In the game i chose the bay bluff. For plants i advise you to choose corn, wheat, and tobacco. Trade with the indians and build a wood fort. Make everyone work, and choose gold/fishing or gold/hunting.

i decided to settle in the Bay Marsh. Although the Marsh had a lot of misquitos, i thought i'd get a good supply of fresh water to get a good crop going. that would supply alot of food. then i picked only the slaved people to work so others could help in different things. You should build a fort to keep away spies and mean indians. but the fort might give your crew milyria. grow corn, sasarfras, and wheat. dont forget to trade with the indians to be a good neighbor. And hunt! I BECAME GOVENOR OF JAMESTOWN!

I think that the Jamestown explorers should have settled in inlinn ,everyman should have worked gentlemen or not.They needed it to plant wheat ,corn ,and sassifrass. Trading with Spain was a good idea and im glad they didnt attack them because they could have got killed.
Building a firt was all so a good idea because it gave them the most pertection. Jamestown was a hard time to live in, butit would have been better if I was the leader

The fort wasn't that sanitary, and many colonists died of diseases. They really liked tobacco and often smoked their pipes. If it wasn't for the colonists, there probably would not be an America.

i setteled far in the coast but when i ran in to the native americans i did not fight or ingnore i offered a trade that would have helped you survive,also you needed to hunt,fish,and the gold was not needed because their was none and getting along with the native americas would have been great.
